Load up both sides of the eyeliner brush with powder liner, and then tap it onto a tissue to get rid of any excess powder. (Fig.A) Hold the brush with the bristles parallel to the lash line, and wiggle the brush side to side into the roots of your eyelashes. (Fig.B) Repeat this step for the lower lash line.
