Sharpen the lip liner pencil before each use to remoisten the pencil and make it easier to use. (Fig. A) Trace the lip line with the pencil.  To add fullness to thin lips, extend slightly above the natural lip line. (Fig. B)  Apply the first coat of lipstick (either straight from the tube or with a brush).  Blot with loose powder (this helps lipstick last longer), and follow with a second coat of lipstick. (Fig. C) Apply Lusso sparkle stick to the cupid's bow of the bottom lip to draw in light and make your lips look fuller.
